Description
SIMPLE LIVING invites viewers to make adjustments to their stressful, possession-cluttered, time-starved lives, echoing host Wanda Urbanska's mantra: "nothing's too small to make a difference." Even minor lifestyle changes, Wanda espouses, can yield multiple and overlapping benefits. In an off-beat yet engaging fashion, the series tackles lifestyle issues surrounding themes of environmental stewardship, thoughtful consumption, community involvement and financial responsibility. Among other highlights, this season features an interview with actor and environmental activist Ed Begley, Jr. and special episodes devoted to farmers' markets, "green" home remodeling, natural sleeping remedies and Donna Erickson's "no-tech" toys and games.
